I saw a bit on the site that has "0" flute in its description. This is the 1st time I ran into this and was wondering what it is used for. If someone would take a moment to give me a little info iI would be in your debt. Thank you!

I am a little late to answer this for you. But "O" Flute is a single flute endmill with spiral or straight flute. The flute shape is designed to smoothly eject chips from the tool to prevent recutting the chips and prevent "welding" of chips in plastics, acrylic, and aluminum. Basically the "O" is referring to the smooth circular shape of the flute. The flute generally has a smoother or polished finish vs regular endmills. This aids in chip evacuation. Hope this helps.
